Restaurant Atrium

from Monday 17 January 2022 we will offer you accommodation services of the Atrium hotel in the Bed & Breakfast mode.
You will be able to use the restaurant services at our partner Hotel Selský dvůr ***.
In addition, all guests staying at the Atrium Hotel will receive a 10% discount on all services at Selský dvůr *** Hotel - RESTAURANT, WELLNESS, BOWLING for the entire duration of the accommodation.
At our hotel reception you can buy various goods in ancillary sales throughout the accommodation, such as beer, wine, soft drinks and various utility goods that you may need when visiting our hotel.
Of course, our receptionist will be happy to arrange for you to take one of the local taxi services to Hotel Selský dvůr for your visit to a restaurant, wellness or bowling alley.
Of course, you can also get a 10% restaurant discount in our third Vyškov accomodation provider - in Pension & Pizzeria U Massima on Vít Nejedlého Street 34. There you can taste excellent tank beer Mustang, or try one of our original pizzas according to the Italian original recipe of our friend Massima, or taste homemade pasta.

The grill (Big Green Egg)
Selected specials – steaks, meat, fish or vegetables are prepared using this revolutionary grilling technology. The Big Green Egg has its name in a world of gastronomy. Even though charcoal is used, the dish is prepared in the hotel kitchen…enjoy the taste of grilled dishes throughout the whole year, no matter the season is.
Fish pond
You can take a look at our fish pond in our hotel garden. You can also choose any fish in there and we will prepare it for you…
Smoke box
Among other cooking, we also offer our fish smoked in our own smoke box, which is hardly offered by any other restaurant in Vyškov.
Smoked “trout of Punkva” is a delicate meal, which you simply must taste on your own. After the fish is cleaned, it is put into a special sauce and smoked. The smoking process starts with one hour with temperature of 60 ºC, following with second hour with temperature of 100 ºC and last 40-60 minutes between 40 ºC and 50 ºC. This way, the trout gains its specific color and aroma.
The smoked trout can be found on the Atrium restaurant menu throughout almost the whole year, or it is on a menu of the Selský dvůr restaurant. Please check our one and only Vyškov restaurant current menu.
Honey of our bees
It is not possible to miss our hotel garden bees. There are 8 colonies of bees with approximate production of 240kg of honey each year. In addition to an indisputable environmental contribution of our bees to the whole neighborhood gardens and orchards, you as our guests can be sure to have a truly homemade honey as a part of your breakfast every single day.
You can also buy a nice jar of our honey at the hotel reception as a delightful souvenir. It will remind you that we cared for you with greatest effort and granted you only the best treatment and products possible.
