Fish pond

Fresh ingredients are essential for our kitchen. That is one of the reasons we run our own fish pond. Trout are regularly bought in a fishery Skalní mlýn, region of Moravian Karst (Moravský kras). It is there where the trout are bred from spawn in a cold and perfectly clean water of subterranean origin, which gives the fish its superior quality. We keep other fish in our pond seasonally, such as carp, pike, catfish, tench etc. At your request, we can prepare almost any freshwater fish you desire.
